• ▸ (d) Base44 and OpenAI, as AI service providers for processing the chat assistant and integrated translator. The text of your messages and queries is sent to these providers exclusively to generate the response, and is not used for other purposes or to train their models. These providers offer a level of data protection equal or equivalent to that required by the GDPR, through standard contractual clauses and appropriate technical and organizational security measures. Before sending any message to the chat assistant, the application requests your express consent through a checkbox.
• ▸ (e) Cloud infrastructure providers for data hosting and storage.
• ▸ (f) Public administrations when there is a legal obligation.

We will not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.

Your data may be transferred to providers located outside the European Union (mainly the United States), in all cases ensuring compliance with the GDPR through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
