Age Restriction
This platform is intended for persons over 14 years of age. By using Remix7, you declare that you meet the minimum age requirement or have authorization from parents or legal guardians.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Remix7 ("the Platform", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Remix7 is a digital creation platform that facilitates the generation of songs, video clips, images, and art through artificial intelligence, for personal and creative use.
2. Age and Eligibility Requirements
This platform is intended for users over 14 years of age. By registering on Remix7, you declare and warrant that:
- ▸ You are at least 14 years of age or have authorization from parents or legal guardians.
- ▸ You have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts (or authorization where applicable).
- ▸ You are not prohibited by law from using our services.
- ▸ All information provided during registration is true and accurate.
3. Description of Services
Remix7 provides the following services:
- Song Generation: Creation of music and lyrics using AI.
- AI Video Clips: Generation of music video clips with lip sync.
- Image Generation: Creation of digital art and covers.
- Clubs: Creation and management of exclusive communities for members.
- Subscriptions: Premium access to creation tools.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. It is your responsibility to:
- ▸ Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- ▸ Maintain the security of your password.
- ▸ Notify immediately of any unauthorized use.
- ▸ Not share your account with third parties.
4.2 Suspension and Cancellation
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without refund.
5. User Content
5.1 Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you generate or publish on Remix7. However, by publishing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute said content in connection with the operation of the Platform.
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you publish. The following is strictly prohibited:
- ▸ Illegal, obscene, or offensive content.
- ▸ Material that infringes copyright or intellectual property.
- ▸ False or misleading information.
- ▸ Harassment, threats, or hate speech.
- ▸ Content that violates the privacy of third parties.
5.3 Moderation
We reserve the right to review, moderate, remove, or reject any content that violates these terms or that we consider inappropriate, without prior notice.
6. Transactions and Payments
6.1 Purchases
All purchases made on the Platform (subscriptions, video clip generation, etc.) are processed securely by certified external providers (Stripe). No refunds are issued except in exceptional circumstances determined by Remix7.
6.2 AI Content Generation
The generation of video clips and other content through AI requires prior payment of the service. Once the generation process has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as it involves processing costs with external providers.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to the Platform, including design, code, logos, trademarks, and Remix7's own content, are the exclusive property of JESÚS MANUEL MARTÍN DE LOS SANTOS or its licensors.
It is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of our services without express written authorization.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability
Remix7 is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remix7 shall not be liable for:

- ▸ Loss of profits, data, or reputation.
- ▸ Actions of third-party users of the Platform.
- ▸ Technical problems or system failures.
- ▸ Content generated by users through AI.
10. User Conduct
By using Remix7, you agree to:
- ▸ Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- ▸ Respect the rights of other users.
- ▸ Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
- ▸ Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools without authorization.
- ▸ Not impersonate other persons or entities.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute related to the use of Remix7, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it in good faith through direct negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after their publication on the Platform.
It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time from your profile settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
- ▸ Violation of these Terms.
- ▸ Fraudulent or illegal activity.
- ▸ Request from competent authorities.
- ▸ Non-payment for contracted services.
General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Remix7.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.3 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
